We provide phone-in dictation applications via IVR over a toll-free number, hand held (PDA) devices, as well as software running on the provider’s Windows Tablet or Desktop PC. We also offer on-site management services so our clients get as much support as needed.

Our BPO team utilizes a global delivery model. Our managers work on site with clients to ensure seamless workflow. Our offshore team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure fast turn around time. We have been engaged in the delivery of Medical Billing processing services since 2005. In 2007, we added to our portfolio Medical Coding and Medical Transcription services. The processes we use follow Six Sigma practices.

Six Sigma - Our Quality Excellence Framework

We take pride in our QA practices as applied to business processes. We have an integrated training and quality standards model where both elements work in harmony to exceed our clients' quality requirements. Applying Six Sigma principles, we employ rigorous statistics-based Quality Assurance processes to ensure accuracy of transactions.

Our QA activities encompass well-defined audit plans, audit cycles and statistical analysis and techniques to identify error categories and isolate key errors. Our typical workflow follows the following process:

  • 100% audit during the project ramp up phase
  • 30% random audit sampling when the project is in its normal (steady state) operational phase
  • Use of a centralized defect tracker mechanism
  • Root cause analysis of defects
  • Corrective and Preventive Action Plans (CAPA)
  • Pareto Charts - to isolate and group critical errors
  • Time Trend Analysis for analyzing the time evolution of errors
